Sleep: Create a sleep routine, eliminate nicotine, alcohol and caffeine before bed, don’t over or under hydrate, pay attention to ergonomics
Sunlight to set circadian rhythms which impact eating, sleeping and cortisol levels
Exercise: For pain relief, oxygen and endorphins
